Data collected

The quote form on this site stores nothing and sends your information to no server of ours: it composes a message that you send yourself via WhatsApp or your email client. The information you enter therefore stays in your browser until you send it.

Address suggestions

One exception: the “Pick-up” and “Destination” fields offer suggestions. To provide them, the text you type in those two fields is sent to the Base Adresse Nationale (api-adresse.data.gouv.fr), the free public service of the French state, which returns matching addresses. No other field is involved, no identifier or cookie accompanies the request, and nothing is kept on our side. If you would rather avoid it, simply type the address and ignore the suggestion list — the form works without it.

When you contact us, we process the data required to deliver the service: name, contact details, pick-up and destination addresses, flight number and travel details.

Purpose and retention

This data is used solely to arrange your transport, issue your invoice and meet our accounting obligations. It is kept for the applicable legal period and then deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. Send your request to our contact address; we reply within one month.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. If you later add an analytics tool, a consent banner will be required.
