Terms and conditions

Purpose

These terms govern the private chauffeur services provided by SafeDriveTo to its private and corporate clients.

Booking and confirmation

A booking becomes firm once confirmed in writing by SafeDriveTo, stating the journey, date, time, vehicle and agreed price.

Prices

Prices are in euros, inclusive of tax, and cover fuel, tolls and the agreed waiting time. Any additional service requested on the day is subject to prior agreement.

Cancellation

Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up time. After that, or if the client is absent at the meeting point, the service may be charged in full.

Delays and waiting

For airport transfers, 60 minutes of waiting are included from the actual landing time. Beyond that, additional waiting is charged at the agreed hourly rate.

Liability

SafeDriveTo is insured for passenger transport. It cannot be held liable for delays resulting from force majeure, exceptional weather conditions or traffic blockages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris.
